    To all who might be interested:
     
       I am offering for private sale a reference tool called “Who- Where- When.” It is a database in Excel XP that gives, as far as I have been able to construct, a day-by-day chronology of the whereabouts of 29 major composers, Donizetti through Puccini, for the years 1800-1924. There are at the moment over 438, 000+ entries—about 1/4th documented and the rest presumed. All sources are secondary.

       The database allows one to see at a glance where any of these composers was on a given date, as well as where all were at the same time. A gazetteer gives the approximate coordinates and general location of nearly all the 1200+ places.

      The database is constantly being updated—later editions will be more complete.
