Who among Grove contributors has been paid?

Among all the bad publicity that the New New Grove has been receiving, I
haven't heard much about contributors being paid. I certainly haven't
been. Anecdotal reports suggest that hardly anyone has been. Are there
reliable reports out there about what the publisher's plans are in the
near, or distant, future??!
