I'm looking for an article in the Sept. 1999 issue of the 401K Advisor,
published by Panel Publishers. The article is entitled, "Personal
Brokerage Accounts: Is 404(c) Protection Available?", by Fred Raish, Bruce
Ashton and Marge Paul. I have not been successful finding this publication
locally.
