I also had no trouble calling the number and extension on the letter and
reducing our number of copies to one. The representative was very helpful
and knew exactly what I was talking about (I did this early this week).

Hi, Fellow Law-Libbers!!! Yesterday, thanks to this list, I learned about
this publication, and realizing that this library would soon receive
numerous copies of this publication, I phoned the number, including the
extension number, given on this list to reduce the number of copies we
would receive. I got a really friendly and helpful guy named Joseph, who
was fully aware of this publication and that we would receive multiple
copies of this publication. I told him I wanted to receive only one copy,
and he took care of it immediately. No problems. The whole conversation
took only a couple of minutes. It's really too bad that some of you are
having problems with West Customer Service in this matter. Guess I called
