Warmoth. I have a copy of the case on the way. Everyone thankfully
pointed out that the case was not Canadian in origin. It was an appeal
case from the British Court of Appeals involving a Swiss & Dutch
company. It is amazing how much easier it is to find information when
you have the right facts :) Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
