You can add to the list of other publication with similar problems, NY
Digest, Carmondy Wait, NY Jur2d, West Federal Digest, 4th. and the list goes
on with west.
I agree with MS. Hayes, why send out a portion of the replacement. Send it
all at once. I doubt a week or 2 would make a major difference in the
practice of law. I seen situations where an attorney used material on the
shelf, sumitted to the court and the book was replaced the next day with
update and the papers were never rejected.

This is my opinion on this matter

Subject: Frustration with AmJur2d

Is anyone else fed up with WEST and their replacement of AmJur 2d volumes? I
just shelved the new volumes 9A, 9B, but was AGAIN made to retain the old
volumes. Who in the world has the space for this? And, who has time to
explain this to patrons? West, when you replace something, do it all the way
and let us throw out the old stuff. AmJur 2d is currently "hot" on my to be
canceled list for this reason.

These opinions are my own and not those of my employer.
