Please respond to directly to her. Her email is not working and she cannot
send any messages, but can receive them.

She is looking for a treatise that sets forth the ownership of groundwater
rights in each Canadian province. Specifically, the she needs to find the
answer to the question is it the province, the federal government, or the
property owner who owns the groundwater rights.
