Does anyone know what WICA stands for? A patron's ex wrote a note
on his child-support check that reads 'child support; tuition; WICA'. I've
checked the current Bieber, which lists only Judgments of the West
Indian Court of Appeal . We don't have a current acronyms dictionary.
