Thank you to all who responded to my request for information. To preserve
confidentiality I will err on the side of generality.
1) Degree information (M.L.S. v. J.D./M.L.S) didn't seem to make much
difference as far as billing rates.
2) Many responded that there billing rate was tied to the paralegal rate
for their firm. What level paralegal rate(junior mid-level, senior)seemed
to be related to experience.
3) Billing rates generally ranged from $75 to $115. There were a few
responses both above and below this range. The average billing rate, for
what it's worth was just under $100.
