Good morning,
One of our partners would like us to borrow a "basic treatise" on employee
stock ownership plans (ESOP's). Does anyone have a recommendation? I
already know about the Tax Management Portfolio. Nothing in OCLC seems to
be particularly current, nor widely held. Any leads are appreciated.
