Subject: Products Liability Listserv?
I'm looking for a products liability listserv in which I can pose a
query as to whether anyone has ever been injured by a particular toxic
cleaner. The product is widely used, but our "sources" say that no one has
ever sued due to injury from it. We'd like to verify that info--I will run
lawsuit searches as well.
If anyone has other good sources, I'd be glad to hear it. Thanks
