This is apparently a new journal published by Panel Publishers. The Oct
1999 issue (this may be the 1st issue) contains an article on IRC
section 338(h)(10) (stock transfer elections).
Neither Lexis or Westlaw have added this title, and I cannot locate it
on OCLC. If someone has the journal and is willing to fax it to me, I
will be happy to reimburse cost. Thank you.
