Since we're located in Florida, that's our primary access. I find the
Florida Legislature Online site excellent for a public domain site - the
cost can't be beat.
See: http://www.leg.state.fl.us/
Site includes full text bill history, votes & reports staff analysis etc.
as well as full test statutes for the past 3 yrs.
