I am out of my depth and would appreciate any help that a patent person
could give me. One of our attorneys is looking for a Magistrate Judge's
decision in a case involving Newell (I think Newell Rubbermaid) and Springs
(Springs Industries) which was delivered on October 7, 1999 in Chicago.
The trial was in April. I cannot find any other information.

I have looked on Lexis, Westlaw, Dialog, the Internet. But, as I said, I
am out of my depth. Any hints will be accepted happily.
