With the November round of hearings underway today, I
am pleased to announce the release of a new Supreme
Court Web Buzz on the LEXIS Legal Education Web site.
The new Web Buzz provides a guide to seven of the most
prominent cases scheduled to be heard by the Supreme
Court this month. The cases highlight a wide range of
issues including reasonable suspicion in police
searches, RICO actions, medicaid regulations, student
activity fees, nude dancing bans, and privacy.

The Web Buzz can be accessed directly at
http://lawschool.lexis.com/weblec/webbuzz/index.html.

Comments and suggestions are welcome.

Michael Geist
