1999 Web lecture series

Please be advised that the 1999 edition of the Michael Geist Web
Lecture Series is now online at the LEXIS Legal Education Web site
(http://lawschool.lexis.com/weblec/). The new 1999 edition, features
several new topics and important design improvements.

The Web Lecture Series has been further expanded for 1999 with the
addition of legal ethics, two new health law web lectures, and a web
lecture devoted to writing a student note. All Web lectures have been
reviewed and refreshed with each containing many new sites and
commentaries. The series now covers the following topics:

1. Business Law, including corporations, securities regulation,
antitrust, and bankruptcy law.
2. Civil Procedure
3. Constitutional Law
4. Contract Law
5. Criminal Law
6. Cyberspace Law - Electronic Commerce Issues
7. Cyberspace Law - Speech and Privacy Issues

15. Legal Ethics
16. Legal Research and Writing

In response to users' suggestions, the top frame now contains a quick
reference to the linked-to site found in the bottom frame.

Starting in October, the popular Web Buzz feature will return with new
topical web lectures appearing on a monthly basis.
