Thanks to all hard working AALL members who forwarded program and
workshop proposals to the Annual Meeting Program Selection Committee for
the AALL 2000 Annual Meeting and Conference, "Gateways to Leadership".
The AMPSC is currently reviewing 144 program proposals and 15 workshop
proposals. The workshop proposals are also being reviewed by the
Professional Development Committee. AMPSC members will be meeting in
Chicago on September 17-18 to select programs for "Gateways to
Leadership". A sub-committee of AMPSC and PDC members will meet by
conference call on September 22 to select the workshops for "Gateways to
Leadership".
Watch for further updates immediately following these two meetings.
