I can stop by the library this week and photocopy for you; then upload
as an Acrobat *.pdf document whatever you need.
On the other hand, my experience with requests by non-university
librarians has been abysmal. They have never (not ever) repaid fax
costs even when they promised to do so (so I will now only transmit
online), and usually don't even acknowledge receipt.
Let me know what you need this week ... the main law library in London
(IALS) closes for two weeks on Friday and I won't be back to Russell
Square until Sept. 27.
There is also a study (in French) of legal pluralism in Senegal that
might be relevant to your project. I used it the research for my Ph.D.
dissertation, and can retrieve the info if required. I think SOAS has
it (www.soas.ac.uk) -- but I didn't find it in a quick search and don't
want to spend a lot of time if it isn't of interest to you. (Legal
pluralism is the application of particular norms to a person or family
depending upon religion. It is common to Islamic countries, Israel and
India; and it was applied in the French and British empires (and, by
default, in Mindanao, American Philippines). There's even a Journal of
Legal Pluralism.
