Has there been a very recent update changing the fee from $.65/pg
to $.79/pg?

One of our paralegals says she heard about it and was charged the higher fee for searching medical records.

I looked in the RCWA (1999 pocket parts where a "new" version with $.65 with a 1993 effective date is recorded, with which WestLaw, CDLaw, and 1999 session laws agree. I also found no change in the WAC.

You know that paralegals are never wrong. Or are they?
