11th circuit web site

I've just spoken with someone in the automation department of the 11th
circuit who told me that he had received other calls about problems with
this web site so I thought I would share my information with the listserv.
(This person could only relay the information I was giving him.)
I have not been able to access http://www.ca11.uscourts.gov/opinions.htm for
a week now. A colleague at another firm can access it without a problem!
Another librarian can access the site but, once there, cannot link to any of
the posted information. Another colleague is in my situation. I've called
the court three times, receiving a reply once, a voicemail that stated that
everything was working at the court's end so the problem must be at my end.
My call on the 17th hadn't been returned so I called again this afternoon.
I was told on Tuesday and again today that the people who could help me were
out of the office. I've gotten the case I needed directly from the court but
it's frustrating to be unable to solve this access problem. If you, too,
have experienced problems accessing this site, you are not alone. I can't
tackle the problem from my end until I know that the web site is
consistently performing for everyone. (The librarians at the court have been
helpful in directing me to the department which maintains the tech end of
the site.)
