Hello,
I am trying to obtain a Legislative History for a Georgia code section. I
have spoken to the State archives and they inform that Georgia really does
not keep "legislative history" information, but sometimes you may find some
information in the engrossed copy of the bill. They would be happy to send
me the bill if I send a check and then it takes 2 weeks for them to process.
Too make a long story short if someone could please send me the engrossed
copy of H.B. 314 from 1981 I would be most appreciative. In addition I need
33 Mercer l Rev 143 Fall 1981 (not online) . I would be happy to pay all
reasonable costs.
