I am trying to get some info about a particular title. It is Transnational
litigation, by Richard Kriendler, publ. by Oceana. I do not own, and got a
photocopy of the chapter on Japan from county law library. The publ. date
of their set is 1997, and the date on the chapter is 1997. I called Oceana
earlier, and they said there has been one update, 1999-1. I understand this
is not a loose-leaf, but one of those pamphlet replacement type updates.
So, my question is (didn't think I'd ever get to it, huh?) can someone tell
me if the chapter on Japan has been updated? I did call Oceana back, but
they are now closed (at 10:15 am California time!!!) for the weekend.
