Contrary to what I was told by customer service, you can order through
the web with an account number, if you set things up ahead of time. I'm
forwarding Glenda Farrell's message (with permission), with
the pertinent information on who to contact.
Of course, you can also order through Indexmaster, which actually I
tried first, but apparently this book is too new, because it's not
there yet.
