I am looking for a source that has the General Reports of the 13th International Congress of Comparative Law, Held in Montreal, Quebec, August, 1990. (International Academy of Comparative Law)

...And more specifically, Bryant G. Garth, Group Actions in Civil Procedure: Class actions..., at page 205.

Thus far I have identified libraries which appear to have cataloged specific report titles from the 1990 and other Congresses but not the one I need.

I am continuing to check but any advice would be appreciated.
