COUNTDOWN - ONE WEEK LEFT
The deadline for receipt of program and workshop proposals for the AALL
2000 Annual Meeting and Conference, "Gateways to Leadership", is the
close of the business day, Monday, August 16, 1999. Proposals must be
received by AALL Headquarters by that time to be considered by the
Annual Meeting Program Selection Committee.
Proposal forms are available on AALLNET in both downloadable and
electronically returnable format at
www.aallnet.org/events/00_proposals.asp. Downloadable forms may be
faxed to AALL at (312)431-1097.
For further information about the conference theme and for pointers on
writing a proposal the committee will not be able to resist see the
Program Planner's Handbook at www.aallnet.org/events/00.
Please direct any questions about the process or the conference theme
and structure to any members of the Annual Meeting Program Selection
Committee listed on page 16 of the Handbook or directly to me at
