Hello,
Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the "Convention for the
Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air" (aka
Montreal Convention of 1999)? It was adopted at the International
Conference on Air Law convened by the International Civil Aviation
Organization (ICAO) in May, 1999.
I have contacted the ICAO, but they have not responded.
