Just a guess - the Massachusetts Historical Society has just about
everything else - they were founded in 1791.

Subject: Historical Research

I have a professor seeking contemporaneous reaction in newspapers or other
periodicals to Marbury v Madison (1803). One of my problems is that few
newspapers were even being published at that time. The other problem is that
there are very few periodical indexes that cover that period either (I know
of Pooles and several others I found via the LC Web site). Anyone on the
list that may have an option for answering this that I may have overlooked??
Thanks in advance for any help or ideas!
