How soon would a book on how to do trademark surveys becomes outdated?
Maybe they are "discontinuing" it because it doesn't require updating and no

West Group has informed us that they are discontinuing the publication of
"Trademark Surveys" by Phyllis J. Welter. This is a "how-to" book on
designing, conducting, and opposing trademark surveys and is used often by
our intellectual property attorneys. Does anyone know of a publication that
we might look at that could replace this book? We already have a
subscription to McCarthy on Trademarks and Unfair Competition, but would
like something that is more in-depth. Thank you.
