West Group has informed us that they are discontinuing the publication of
"Trademark Surveys" by Phyllis J. Welter. This is a "how-to" book on
designing, conducting, and opposing trademark surveys and is used often by
our intellectual property attorneys. Does anyone know of a publication that
we might look at that could replace this book? We already have a
subscription to McCarthy on Trademarks and Unfair Competition, but would
like something that is more in-depth. Thank you.
