Thanks to all who responded to my plea for help on the copyright quandary.
There were literally too many to mention and all had helpful suggestions.
I sorta "punted" on the issue. I never really found a definitive answer,
but I took a suggestion that we scan in the T of C of those pubs that have
one and see if that assuages the need for speed.
Another day in the trenches, I guess. I also got yelled at later because I
didn't know that one attorney had squirreled away in a file something
another attorney needed. It doesn't pay to get outta bed somedays! ;-(
