Hello all:
We are trying to find boilerplate language for use on an intranet. Ideally,
it will state "that the information on the (firm's) intranet is of a
confidential nature, and is for use by firm employees only ...."
I searched Indexmaster and found some references in treatises, which I'm
reviewing.
We've placed some phone calls to (law library) friends in the NYC area who
have intranets.
I searched PLI (WL) database and I'm looking through some Intellectual
Property Series handbooks.
(I'll search Lexis later).
I'm surfing the web, but so far haven't found exactly what I need.
We want to find 4-5 good examples.....
Any pointers to a good web resource on intranet clauses or disclaimers?
Many thanks!
