The book I read on my train ride from Montana to AALL and back was: Max
Frankel, THE TIMES OF MY LIFE AND MY LIFE AT THE TIMES. He spent his
career at the New York Times. It's a fascinating look at the New York
Times, and he himself has covered many very interesting stories.

Another excellent book: Michael Korda, ANOTHER LIFE. Korda has been an
editor at Simon and Shuester for many, many years and has edited the books
of all sorts of people. Also, he really writes well. I loved this book.

Fritz Snyder, Univ. of Montana Law Library.
