RE: another request for an closing reception ticket

I wasn't going to get into the fray on the ticket exchange for a couple of
reasons: now that there is an option of purchasing full or program only
registrations, the "spare " ticket pool has diminished considerably.

But we all know some people purchase the full registration and then leave by
the time of the closing anyway. So I'll jump in to the pool.

I did purchase an Opening Reception ticket for my mother, as a gift, because
I wanted her to see the Library of Congress. She accompanies me on many
annual meeting trips and many of you have met her ("Ma Sullivan" to my
friends.) She plays during the day with people skipping programs to see the
sights and tells me the high points so I can pick and choose sights in the
limited time I have. It works well. Plus she wraps gifts I have to bring
along for various events.

Last year she opted for Disney instead of the Closing Banquet. But if anyone
should have an early flight and a closing ticket to spare, I'd love to be
added to the list.

I can offer local wine, as Wes Cochran did, or I have Lake Champlain
Chocolates. your pick.
