Here is a summary of responses I received on Corporate law treatise. Thank
you to all who responded. I also checked the Directory of Law-Related
CD-ROMS.

        Response1:
I saw your note on Net Lawyers. I haven't used the product, so I
        don't
know that I could "recommend" it. But I do know that as of a
        couple years
ago at least Fletcher's was available on CD-ROM from
        Clark-Boardman-Callaghan
(now West Group) under the title Fletcher Corporate LawLink, or
        something along those lines.

        Response2:
How about Fletcher's on CD-ROM? I think its a West Group product.

        Response3 from WestGroup:
On the initial subscription you agree to license the information
        for 12
months and then can cancel after that. The treatise database is
        not updated
monthly but rather several times in the course of a 12 month
        period. The
level charge just takes the overall annual charge for the product
        ands
spreads it out over 12 months. We expect to have the Fletcher
        treatise up
on WestLaw before the end of the year. If you are a WestLaw
        subscriber, you
would be able to access that database the same as any other on
        WestLaw.

        Since you seem familiar with Fletcher, why not stick with the best;
        Fletcher
cyclopedia of Corporations and the corresponding Fletcher Corporate
        Forms
Annotated are available on CD. The product is called Fletcher
        Corporate
        LawLink and is available for $194.00 per month for both databases;
        $137.00
for just the Fletcher Treatise database, and $79.00 per month for
        just the
Forms database. If you would like additional information, please
        send me
your address and phone number; I can even arrange a demonstration
        of the
        product if you are interested.

        Response4:
I don't know if it's the best (we don't use the CD version) but
        Aspen's set
        is available on CD.
