Is anyone familiar with a model checklist for land acquisitions? A
guideline for the permits required to be filed, primarily. Attorney thinks
perhaps ABA might publish something that contains such a checklist. ABA
Publishing not familiar with it. Summer associate heard about its existence
from a partner, not sure if someone's just been feeding him a line. . .
