We are attempting to locate the abovementioned PLI course handbook
entitled "Publicly Held Subsidiaries: How to Create and Operate and
Manage" (or something like that) and specifically we need an article
authored by Martin Lipton, with the title "Motives for Creating Public
Subsidiaries" I have already contacted the New York Law Institute, and
although they do have PLI's back that far, this particular one was not
available. I've also spoken to County Lawyers and PLI itself has been
approached. Mr. Lipton is the Lipton of Wachtell, Lipton, however his
older writings have been put into storage. So now I am turning to this
list in the hopes of getting a positive response. Any assistance will be
greatly appreciated. A faxed copy, if not too long, would be great! TIA
