I have an attorney working on a book, and he's got incomplete citations to a
couple of tax journals. Can anyone help identify the appropriate citations
for the following articles? Too old for Lexis or Westlaw, not owned by
local libraries. He's cited them as below, with the underscore indicating a
missing piece (he thinks). Thanks in advance for any assistance.
