position. The Dean and the head of the Library Committee of Texas Tech

Head of Public Services
The Law Library of Texas Tech University seeks a dynamic leader to
manage Public Services.
Responsibilites
Manages and coordinates the administration of Public Services, including
reference, circulation, government documents, print and electronic
reserves and related functions. Actively participates in the direct
delivery of services. Assists with collection development. Supervises
one professsional librarian, 3 FTE assistants and 6-10 students. Works
with legal research and writing progam's staff to coordinate instruction
Qualifications
Degree from ALA accredited Library School and relevant experience, as
well as familiarity with online systems are required. A strong
commmitment to public service and the ability to communicate effectively
are vital.
Salary Range: $36,000 - $59.0000
