Food Stamp Recoupment for Agency Error
Hearing to receive testimony on implementation by the departments of
workforce development and of health and family services of federal
regulations contained in Food Stamps Handbook (Appendices 13, 18 and
22.2.1) of recoupment for agency error in overpayment.
Petroleum Environmental Cleanup Fund Award (PECFA)
Committee to receive testimony on COMM 46 and DNR 746, administrative rules
of the departments of commerce and of natural resources, relating to PECFA
interagency responsibilities.
PECFA Program; Risk Protocol Policies
Hearing to receive testimony on the policies related to PECFA risk
protocols developed by the departments of commerce and of natural resources
