Hi,
I have begun negotiating contracts with vendors for internet access in lieu of CD-ROM's or printed periodicals. I am finding that their pricing structure is ridiculous. I'm particularly concerned about the pricing per recipient/user of a particular title which shoots the cost of the electronic format up to thousands of dollars more than getting the same product in print. My attorneys are saying to forget it and keep the paper but I'm concerned about timeliness if others are moving to the electronic editions.
What are others doing? Please reply to me personally by email or phone and I will summarize for the list if there's interest.
