Access to DBs Via Library Membership

I'm writing an article whereby I mention an example of a
library that offers access to ILP and LegalTrac via its Web
page to members. Are there members of this list, who have
access to subscription-based research databases via the Web
because of membership in a library? I'd like other
examples.
