Can anybody suggest where I might find old Internal Revenue Manual
Supplements? I'm looking for Manual Supplement 76G-41 (April 16, 1969),
entitled "Amnesty Guidelines." Something having to do with BATF. Any
help would be much appreciated! I'd rather not have to resort to
submitting a FOIA request. Thanks!!
