I think I will charge Aspen at the same rate for P&H. We ordered a
Construction Law CD set on 30 day approval. The attorney decided it was not
what he wanted, so a couple of weeks later we called to say we did not want
to keep, please send a return label. 2 weeks and a couple of phone calls
later we had not received a return label. We finally received the label,
returned the CDs last week. This week (3 weeks after we called to say we
did not want to keep the set) we have recieved updates AND and complete new
set. Let's see the set was $600 that means I can send them an invoice for
$50 S&H.

I have also had difficulties determining the difference between Aspen's
statements and invoices. When I voiced this problem to customer service,
I was told: "no one else has a problem". Nice to know I am not alone...
