I need to know if House Bill 40 has passed. Checked the Internet cite for Texas Legislation and found that this bill on limited damages due to Y2K problems is in committee.

Atty. said that it was passed. We need to confirm and if it has passed I would like a copy of the final version. Willing to pay for faxing/copying .
