Good morning to all,
I hope everyone has been experiencing the same wonderful weather that NY has. This morning my adventure and search is for a German Act, not in English but in German. What I'm looking for is Number 100 & 101 Federal Acts of March 22, 1961. No. 100 deals with federal funds made available for the compensation of property losses of victims of political persecution. No. 101 is an amendment & suppl. to the original Victim Support Act of 1947. I have tried various sources of German law on the Internet, have found a lot of material but it is all very selective and not what I need. Calls to the German & Austrian Embassies and Consulates, have yet to yield any results. I have calls into NY area law schools and Bar Associations. I know that before the Acts are published they appear in the Federal Gazette. Unfortunately, I do not have ready access to these either. If someone has these documents or periodicals, please give me a call. Any and all suggestions are always welcome.
TIA and regards,
Eric :>)
