for Florida. For those of you requesting the information to be shared, the
main source is West's Florida Statutes Annotated (volumes 30, 30A & 31).
There is also a one volume treatise called Trawick's Florida Practice and
Procedure which is available from Harrison Company (1-800-241-3561). And
finally, a fairly new treatise entitled Florida Civil Procedure by Bruce
Berman is published by West. Berman's book is arranged by rule, where
Trawick's is arranged by topic.
