Am looking for suggestions for book purchases in the following two areas:
1.A text or web site which would provide nation wide coverage of city ordinances dealing with franchising.
2.A text on commercial leasing with an emphasis on telecommunication facilities.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My attorney doe a lot of telecommunications rate approval law.
