Well, Terry, I have had the same problems which Aspen told me would be fixed because they are going to invest in some new system. In the meantime, I got them to consolidate all my titles into one account.
In order to do that, they had to cancel all the subscriptions in every other account and start them up in my one remaining account. So, they canceled them in all the other accounts but as far as I know didn't initiate them in the one remaining account. After speiding two hours trying to figure out what we hadn't gotten, I tossed it back to my rep and told her to fix it. I expect to find a number of Aspen subscriptions way out of date in the next few years unless Aspen surprises me and does what they are supposed to do in their business.

I am not sure exactly how to start this message other than to say I am very frustrated at Aspen right now. Over the years we have accumulated 3-4 account numbers (mostly when they call attorneys who order directly, and then we take over the account), and no matter how often we have tried to get them to consolidate them, no one is listening on their end. As a result, we supposedly have way overdue invoices, because credits are sitting on some other account.
I probably could have done a better job on my end trying to clear up the mess, but sometimes frustration hits home hard.
I have received a notice from a collection agency to which ASPEN has assigned our supposed debt, and words cannot describe my current mood.
IF ANYONE FROM ASPEN WHO ACTUALLY HAS ENOUGH PULL TO DO SOME SIMPLE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT WORK IS MONITORING ANY OF THESE TWO LISTS, PLEASE CONTACT ME.
thanks
