I routinely receive collection notices from Aspen for exactly the same reason & I routinely ignore them. They generate account numbers like rabbits in heat. And trying to resolve/halt/or otherwise address the problem is like bailing out the Titanic with a teaspoon. Just pay no attention and they seem to go away.
