Dear Colleagues:
I'm looking for a California Superior Court case out of San
Francisco called Iacovino v. Hoaglund. In the case a doctor was found
negligent for not treating the HIV patient and referring him to another
doctor. Does anyone know of a way to get a copy of this case? I believe the
case was decided sometime this month. Thanks in advance for any help.
